1. Click Tools to open a drop down menu.

2. Click Accounts to open a dialog box.

3. Click the Mail tab.

4. Click the Add button.

5. Click the Mail option.

6. In the Display Name field, enter the name you want displayed when you send an Email.

7. Click the Next button

8. In the E-mail Address field, type your full email address.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.com or bob@yourdomainname.com

9. Click the Next button.

10. In the My incoming mail server is a: field, choose POP3

11. In the Incoming mail (POP3 server) field, enter: mail.pcnetcom.com **

12. In the Outgoing mail (SMTPserver) field, enter your ISP's SMTP mail server or mail.pcnetcom.com **

13. In the Account Name field, enter your full email account.
      Example: bob@pcnetcom.com or bob@yourdomainname.com

14. In the Password field, enter the password for that account.

15. Click the Next button.

16. Choose the option Connect using my Local Area Network (LAN)

17. Click the Next button.

18. Click the Finish button.

1. From the menu bar click on Edit

2. Click on Preferences

3. Double click Mail & Groups to open the tree

4. Click on Identity

5. Enter your full name in the Your name: field

6. Enter your e-mail address in the Email address: field

7. Click on Mail Server

8. Enter your full email address in the Mail server user name: field.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.com or bob@yourdomainname.com

9. Enter your ISP's SMTP server or mail.pcnetcom.com ** in the Outgoing mail (SMTP server) field

10. Enter: mail.pcnetcom.com in the Incoming mail (POP3 server) field **

1. In the Eudora menu bar, click on Tools

2. Click on Options

3. In the Category section click the Getting Started icon

4. In the Login Name: field, enter the full email address.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.com or bob@yourdomainname.com

5. Click on Mail Server (Incoming) enter: mail.pcnetcom.com **

6. In the Category section, click on the Sending Mail icon

7. In the Return Address: field, enter the full email address.
    Example: bob@pcnetcom.com or bob@yourdomainname.com

8. In the SMTP server: field, enter your ISP's SMTP server or mail.pcnetcom.com **

2. Click on Network Configuration

3. In the POP3 host entry, enter:  mail.pcnetcom.com **

4. In the User name field, enter your full email address.
